Resource Management Application (RMA) captures the employee skill sets across the organization. Project related data from any 3rd party application flows into and allows the managers to assign the resources to the respective projects. The new application also allows the managers to feed the other required data related to employees like roll on and roll off dates, billing status and resource utilization percent etc., into the system. This in turn gives the scope to the senior management to understand the resource utilization, billing status and employee skill sets across the organization by looking at various reports that can be generated from system.
